My ESL Teacher (MET)
MET is a company dedicated to the mission of perfectly matching-up foreign exchange students with ideal host families. In order to experience “Full English Immersion”, our students have carefully chosen to live with American families. The match-up we do between students and families allows both parties to experience a new culture in depth.
If you are a student looking for the right homestay, keep in mind that we are a full-service management company.
In addition to interacting with the student in English on a daily basis, the families are required to:
Provide a safe family environment for the international student.
Provide rules and guidelines for the student to follow, as they were your own child (for minors only)

Provide a private room with a bed, sheets, towels, a dresser or closet, and a desk.
Supply basic toiletries for the student. If the student has a particular preference for toiletries, they will buy such items with their own money.
Provide breakfast and dinner all 7 days of the week and lunch on weekends.
Provide occasional transportation for your international student (the host family may also be required to drive the student to and from school if no other reasonable form of transportation is available).
