Hi, I live upstairs, in a warehouse, with my four children. There is room downstairs for three homestays who each hsve their own bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen downstairs are shared by our guests. There is wireless i'net connection available. We are just behind Smith Street (shopping, cafes, nightlife, supermarket etc.). The bus and tram stops are a minute's walk from our front door. RMIT, Uni of Melbourne and the city are a short ride away. Latrobe Uni is a long ride but only one tram. Meals are negotiable. We have had homestay visitors for 12 years now and enjoy talking over dinner and excursions together.
