I live in Ilsan new city near KINTEX.
Near my apartment, thereare Lake Park, Hallyu world, Onemount, Shopping mall.
I want to exchange culture with worldwide people.
My apartment is very clean, warm and quiet.
Ther are subway line 3 and many bus lines and airport limousine.
You can get to Sinchon,Hongik University, Seoul station within 20, Gangnam area within 50 minutes by M bus.
Monthly base, the rates is USD 600/month,one person with breakfastand laundry.
If the guests are 2 or more, you should pay 10 USD per extra one person .
You can access to kitchen to cook your favorite food.
There is no pet and smoking only outside.
Couple or female guests are welcome.
