Hi there, I have a very nice, quiet, clean, recently remodeled home in a gated community. Two rooms are available for rent or for hosting. I do hosting for high school students as well. depending on rent or hosting, prices include all utilities, internet access, laundry room, linens and towels, breakfast and dinners. There are also Jacuzzi, pool and tennis court right next to the unit. There might be a garage space available as well. My home has a perfect location in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is only one minute walk from big international supermarket, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transportation. It’s a great area - movie theater is one mile away, within 5 miles there is a beach, huge shopping center, a number of private schools in San Pedro (Rolling Hills Prep, Mary Star, Lutheran, etc.); language schools (GEOS, SE, EF, etc.);and colleges (Marymount, LA Harbor City College, El Camino). My location is next to several cities: Torrance, Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Harbor City. Exits to free ways are close too. I’m a writer and educator, I work mostly from home. I enjoy meeting new people and I have friends all over the world. I hosted students from Spain, Russia, Japan, China, France, Germany, etc. I don’t have pets. I had plenty of experience hosting international high school students mostly from Rolling Hills Prep and Mary Star. I seek for responsible, CLEAN, adequate, , drug, alcohol and temper free people. Smoking is only outside. Prices start at $800 for rent of a smaller room and depend on your requests and needs. Hosting for high students is available as well, prices have to be discussed separately.
