I am a single professional female. Since my only child has graduated from college and is living in other state, I would like to host two students as home stay students. My house is 2,400sf, big enough to host two students. I hope the students are medical school students in University of Massachusetts Medical School, because my home is so close to the UMass Medical School about 6~7 min walking distance. So the first year student will not need a car for commute. In the second year after they get familiar with the environment and they own a car, they can either stay with me or find a new place as they wish.
