hi im laurence my father is tring to rent part of his duplex to some students and travelers we have 2 bedrooms to rent both pretty large as well as a swiming pool and back yard that you will be able to use and a shared living room and bathroom there is a coin -op washng machine and free dryer also we are very close to shopping and transportaion also close to boston and the airport my familys house is very social and there is always some one around to talk with or help out with anything we also have internet and good old fashion cooking as well as several bbq and get togethers for everyone to join also meals and or food can be included into your stay if needed thank you and we cant wait to meet you hope to see you soon The Montanino's
