You will find the room to be very private. You will have access to a full bath which you would share with another tenant and access to a large, fully equipped kitchen. We are fully wired for internet. Our house is in a very safe area and has a pool, stables, tennis courts, and park with bike trails within 1/2 mile. We do have a full house, but a very good family dynamic and everyone is busy with activities and work... We are a Christian family so we are careful not to allow alcohol or other unsavory behavior into the house. We are very conscientious about what and who are influencing our children. That said, we are not stuffy and are involved with people from all backgrounds and nationalities, and have a wide variety of interests.
