Aloha and welcome to our home. Our home is in Lower St. Louis Heights, quiet, safe and nice neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the University of Hawaii at Manoa, the bus stop is just 3 houses down, and a few minutes away from Waikiki. We are a family of four, my husband, my son who graduated from UH, and my daughter and me. We are quiet, peaceful and friendly. We are bilingual, Japanese and English. Our place is a two story house. We live upstairs and our guest live downstairs. The living room, kitchen, dining area and 2 full baths are shared with other guests. Monthly fees are from $700, $850(single occupant rooms) and $875(bigger single occupant room) includes utilities and internet (meals not included). We require a one time $500 security deposit which will be refunded if there are no damages done in our property. This is a long term lease contract (at least 6 months). Email us for more details.
