Family of three, wife and daughter bilingual, natives of China. Father, native born Oklahoman. English and Mandarin spoken. We have a 5 bedroom 2400 square foot, 2 story home. 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, 2 large living areas, garage, spacious kitchen, front and back yards, patio, tornado shelter. We have been a host family for over 4 years. We have 2 spare bedrooms. Wireless internet, laundry facilities, big screen television, DVD, stereo, fireplace, wood burning stove, in room AC, students enjoy full access to yard, patio, kitchen, all living areas, home library, large driveway, etc. Life with family and students can be very busy, but when possible we have our meals together as a family, on weekends we often rent dvd's, cook out, go to the movies, performing arts theater, concert events, etc. Female students have separate bathroom, full access to the half bath downstairs. We hope to build lasting friendships with our students yet also respect the need for privacy. Two meals per weekday, three on weekends if requested. One Months rent as deposit required (Fully refundable or applied to last months rent) Transportation to and from school if within feasible distance, depends on school location, at additional Cost.
