We are Danyal's family, located in Kenmore/ Bothell area, we been hosting international and local students for a about 15 years, we enjoy their company and sharing our happy home and considering every resident as a member of our family. Each person gets a personal and respected attention. I earned my two degrees from UW and became an international Education Consultants, I would like to share my educational success and my family values with you for your future. 1- New painted and completely furnished home, private rooms, rent is $650.00 + $50 for all utilities. A high speed internet is available. 2- Complete kitchen, dinning & living rooms, laundry, front and back private yards and a very happy lovely small doge. All you need just your clothes. Only 2 minutes walking to bus lines, 5 minutes by bus to Bothell UW and Cascadia Schools, 15 minutes to North Seattle, Edmonds, Central Washington Community College and more. Walking minutes to:Starbucks, dollar store Safeway grocery store, Rite Aid pharmacy, bank of America, Key Bank, Chase Bank and US Bank, Fitness. 15 minutes to downtown etc. We love people and love to help others, we prefer a long term stay at least 6 month .
