Hello, This is my beautiful house(very new apartment) in Heaundae nearby subway station/bus station(10/ 5min) and 15 min by walk from Haeundae beach. Departmentstore is located within 5~10 min by taxi. You can enjoy lots of festivals in Haeundae easily. Total size is 113m2 house(3rooms & 2 bathroom) and concerning 1 room+ 1bath room including closet, now I'm finding a short-term or long-term homestay, femael or couple. All electronics(Microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and so on)/wireless internet can be used by free of charge including kitchen & living room.
