Hello, We have a roomy 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms home that is 4 miles away from Cal State, Northridge (CSUN). Currently, there are two young men who live there and are attending CSUN. We have 2 small dogs and a cat that live in the back yard. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are close by markets, dining, movie theatre, coffee shops, bowling, etc. Included in the price is a large furnished bedroom with a big closet. Utilities, internet service, and use of the house that includes the kitchen, washer, and dryer are parts of the package. The room is for one person only. When the mother of the house is able to cook, she may invite you for family dinner. This is situational and daily meals are your responsibility. Don't worry though, there is another refrigerator for use with kitchen privileges and she will show you all the best places to shop. Would love to meet you soon.
