We have a beautiful 3-floor house at a safe neighborhood in Needham (zip code: 02492). The second floor has 4 bedrooms for rental. Each bedroom is spacious and furnished with bed, comforter, pillow, etc. You can use the kitchen. The host family lives at the ground floor. We take college students, language school students, and short-term visitors. We had students from Babson College(10-minute drive), Bentley University, CATS Academy Boston, ApproachUSA, etc. The students are from China, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, France, Korea, Turkey, Vietnam, etc. A fully furnished room: $950 per month, $300 per week. Includes all utilities, hot water, electric, WI-FI, cable TV, washer, dryer, kitchen, etc. Includes self-served breakfast, weekly grocery shopping, etc. Our family: We are Asian Americans. All my children are out of the house either working or in college. Our house: The house has high ceiling, central air, and plenty of free parking space. Our house is several minutes biking to grocery stores, restaurants, & Gym (Boston Sport Club, MacDonald, Starbucks, etc.) and a few minutes biking to Cutler Park Reservation(walking trail, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.) Transportation: Train (Commuter Rail): walking distance to 'Hersey' station at Needham Line. From 'Hersey' Station to downtown Boston is 25 minutes. T (Subway): 'Newton Highlands' station is at Green line Riverside D Line. Bus #59 to 'Newton Highlands' station is 12 minutes. 'Newton Highlands' station to downtown Boston is 22 minutes. Smoking is fine outside the house. Airport pick-up and drop-off is available.
