Strong Academic and Music Home--We are a Korean and American couple and we raised two daughters in our large, beautiful home. We are located very close to Irvine, California, in the City of Lake Forest. If you'd like to view photos of our home and family, send us an email and we'll provide you with a link to a photo album. We have pianos for any hosted music student (Eiki Paik Worcester is a piano teacher) and we provide a warm, caring, and academically-oriented environment for young people. Our emphasis with kids is on high academic standards and preparation for college and graduate school. Our daughters both have Masters degrees in their fields of study and both work in their fields of study. One of our daughters has a doctorate and is a college professor. As parents, we each have advanced degrees (Masters and Doctorate) and we place great value on hard work and diligence. We expect to find parents who share our values and that want their children to achieve high academic success in a great family environment. Amenities include—private bedroom, desk, high speed broadband internet Wifi, meals, private swimming pool, spa, community facilities for tennis, sports, and swimming. Will do meals and provide reasonable school transportation if discussed and agreed in advance. Willing to pick up at the airport. Husband is skilled English, writing, and history tutor and homework support is available also. We are close to private high schools and community colleges as well as UC Irvine and CSU Fullerton. Will show students local sites and amenities and include them in family activities. Students from China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and other countries have very positive feedback on our home and homestay, calling it "five stars."
