Hello. We are a family of three living in a home in the safe city of Irvine California. We are very close to UCI and IVC (One bus takes you there), and have two furnished room available. You will have full room accommodations, Free WIFI, and utilities included. We live in a nice, clean and safe neighborhood with many parks and shopping centers. The College Park community also has access to the community pool. We can provide you with continental breakfast and dinner, but lunch is one you or we can prepare you lunch for an extra fee. We are walking distance to Trader Joes, Starbucks, Smart & Final, CVS, a Japanese market (Mitsuwa), and many other stores and restaurants including Asian restaurants and stores. I have over two years experience of hosting foreign students especially Asian students from different Asian countries. We would love to hear from you and hope you would have a great experience living in United States.
