My daughters' and I have a big house near public transportation in the beautiful area next to UCLA. We have hosted students for many years and we welcome them if they want to join us for golf or other family activities. We also understand that some students make so many friends in the area and need their private space to rest, so we respect their privacy. We have 2 rooms: One is very big and comes with a private bathroom. It can be used by one person or shared by 2. This room is $1,200/month. The second room is small and shares a bathroom (only for 1 person). This second room is $700/month. UCLA, Kaplan and ELC are minutes away driving and there is public transportation walking distance to house. No Drinking, smoking or drugs are allowed.
