Located in Orange County Ca.,close to the University of Irvine (UCI),Orange Coast College, Golden West College, English School in Costa Mesa ,South Coast Plaza, Newport Beach and Irvine. Our home is about 4 miles from the beach and close to the 55, 73 and 405 freeway (about 1/2 mile) The bus stop is walking distance maybe about 1/2 -1 block.We are in a quiet safe neighborhood.You can walk to Orange Coast College,Close to all markets,and other shops.We are a family of 4. Two boys 13 and 8 years old. My husband was born in San Francisco but speaks 100% German/English. I was born in Mexico and and speak 100 English and Spanish. We have 2 rooms available for Responsible,respectful and no drugs or smoke students. The rooms have their own private entrance and enclosed bathroom.
