I am a single, mature woman whose kids are grown. I have a large house on 1/2 acre very close to downtown Kansas City, accessible by bus to most local schools and businesses. I have a large furnished spare bedroom. I have three dogs that are adopted, but friendly, so you must like dogs. Smoking is tolerated outside. I have a very large screened in porch and also a patio. I should have Google Fiber in a week or two. Sharing of food expenses is possible, but not planning on having dinner on the table every night.
