Welcome, We are a young active family of 4 with Mum Lynley, Dad Glen and 2 well tamed children Maddison 6 and Raddix 5. Our huge family home offers 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in a beautiful garden setting with a stream boundry to house our friendly ducks, eels and other wildlife. We have 2 options of bedrooms a medium room downstairs away from the family - or a large bedroom upstairs big enough for a couple. Both rooms come with the use of your own private bathroom and toilet. Both rooms are furnished to a great standard and come with internet access, television and sky TV options also. Good healthy home cooking. Breakfast and dinner included. Smoking okay outside only. Walking distance form University right across the street. Riccarton shopping mall, restaurants and movie theatre's 5 min drive. Bus route to city and linking suburbs 2 min walk our family is always out adventuring around our city and experiencing all that Canterbury has to offer. You would be more than welcome to join our family explore.
