We live 3 blocks from the University of Saskatchewan & have rented rooms to more than 40 foreign students over the past 14 years. My wife and I have an active little dog. The price includes all food, fully furnished , laundry, homework support with English as required to name just a few, my wife also speaks Spanish. We have had many experiences with many issues related to International Students coming to the University of Saskatchewan & Canada & have helped many students with problem-solving. We have hosted in the past to students from many countries including Japan, S. Korea, China, Brazil, Hungary, France & the Ukraine.
