I live in a 5 1/2 Duplex ,the second floor is designed for accommodating international students.My location is in Sud Ouest (Ville Emard) near Canal Lachine (famous for kayaking,biking) easy access to Downtown area and the MUHC Glen Hospital. It is a safe and quite neighborhood.Close to restaurant,bars,library and other amenities. My place is a minute walk to bus station 37/36 both of which will bring you to the Metro Vendome or Saint Henri Metro (Orange Lane ) or Monk Metro or De L'Eglise Metro (Green Lane). My house is walking distance to metro Monk (Green Line). By Metro:10 minutes away to Guy Concordia University and 13 minutes to McGill University.Easy Access to Highway 15 and Highway 20 by car. Free street Parking. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with full size bed, dresser/drawer, bedside table, chair and desk,full size mirror,ceiling fan and closet.
Second floor unit has four individual bedroom. Each bedroom has window and well lighted. Each bedroom has it's own door lock for privacy.One of the biggest bedroom has a walking closet while the other bedroom has it's own private balcony.The middle room has no window but well lighted and well ventilated with a ceiling fan.Each bedrooms are fully furnished .The price include WIFI ( Internet) electricity,heating and use of fully equipped Kitchen.Second floor unit has it's own separate kitchen (fully furnished) and bathroom, they are designed for students who wants to cook for themselves. Homestay students (meals included) are also accommodated.Prices varies depending on the meals package of their choice plus the rent of the room.I don't live on the same floor .
