Hello, My name is Liz. I live in the beautiful historical district of downtown Snohomish, WA. You will be staying in the East Wing of this 13,000 sq' Mansion known as Adams Manor located walking distance to Historical Downtown Snohomish shops, restaurants & bars. Your rent will include one of the 4 bedrooms suites, with a shared fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room with fireplace & private entrance. The court yard hot tub is available to guest. You may also inquire about use of ball room, conference room, theatre, and billiards room for special occasions. We are 28 miles from University of Washington, 28 miles from Bellevue Community College, 15.8 miles from Edmonds Community, 30 miles from Seattle University. Public Transit is near by. Although I live here by myself, this is a very active home and we host many events here. There is usually something fun going on, and you will always be welcome to join in. Because of the size of this home you will be guaranteed a quiet place in your private suite to do your studies. I do cook on occasion, so when/if I do you will for sure be invited to join in. I'm pretty big on o'devours & a glass of wine around 4:00. If you are ever struggling or need help, you'll find me extremely approachable and I'm a good resource for problem solving. Please feel free to contact me for any reason. I will pick you up from the airport if needed and be present to show you around the home and make sure all your needs are met upon arrival. Depending on you privacy needs we'll interact accordingly! For an additional charge you may request: Laundry Service Turndown Service Housekeeping Groceries & special needs purchased before your arrival. Please also note: The kitchen is fairly well equipped, however if you find your recipe calls for a crockpot, rice cooker, kitchenaide mixer, coffee urn, warming plate....you get the picture, just text or call and I will bring it to you. Wifi is a little sketchy in this big old house, so if you are having trouble, let me know & I'll plug you into a direct line in the conference room.
