My wife and I live in a single family home within 10 minutes walking to a train station in Woodbridge, VA. We have one open spare bedroom with a shared bathroom upstairs in a split-level home. We have dogs in the house, but they are not allowed to go upstairs. We would like to host 1 to 2 students( we have an additional spare bedroom we are currently using as extra storage space). The price for each student would be $550 for the month. We would not provide meals. I will be driving to DC daily during the summer and can provide transportation to an agreed upon point.
