My home is a 3-bedroom home housing male California State University Fullerton (CSUF) students and Fullerton College (FC) students. I have one room spot available starting Jan 1, 2025. The room spot is in a shared room (two beds inside, dormitory style, so you will have U.S. student roommate). The room is fully furnished: bed, dresser, nightstand, lamps, desk, high-speed wifi internet, etc. It also has an adjacent bathroom--very clean, good hot water pressure, etc. The apartment is also furnished: sofa, A/C, TV, DVD, dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen: cookware, appliances, microwave, etc., plus a laundry room. The apartment is really clean: clean carpet, very tidy...not a dirty party-house. In addition to the rent, the cost of utilities is shared (electricity, Internet, gas, water, etc.), but the cost is very small: only $25 per month, each person. There is no long lease required; rent is month-to-month only. We are a nonsmoking apartment, no drugs, no loud partying, very respectful and polite. The type of new housemates we look for each semester is: (1) you are also a nonsmoker (if you are a smoker, or even a occasional/outside-only smoker, sorry, we are not a match; one of us has allergies and even the slightest smoke smell causes allergy problems). (2) you are also clean (if you are used to living in messy place with dirty dishes piled up and junk everywhere, then our place is not a match for you) (3) you are also quiet (4) you are also courteous and polite (if you get angry easy, or like argumentative debates, we are not a match; we are all very chill and polite here) We welcome all diversity: all cultures, all majors, all religions, all sexual orientations (gay or straight), etc. You also must have acceptance/respect for all diversity; if you are uncomfortable with other "types" of people, then our apartment is not a match for you.
