Hi, 2 ROOMS AVAILABLE - ONLY FOR FEMALE STUDENTS We hosted international girls students (university/college) for more than 15 years, long and short term, from many countries, like Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Ecuador, Italy,Germany, Columbia,Iran, France & Spain. Our house is located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, very close ( walking distance) to Wilfred Laurie University, University of Waterloo and Conestoga College(Waterloo), and very close to Catholic & Public High Schools. We use to host not only university girls students, but even high school girls. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, library and recreation center, movie theater, medical complex, and many more amenities. The house is central air for the summer, and heat for the winter, with a nice backyard with patio and BBQ outside. We have available a bright upstairs fully furnished bedrooms( bed, bedding, desk, mirror, closet, lamps, dresser, shelving, etc.). Home-stay fee includes all utilities, 3 meals/day, snacks, beverages, WiFi, and laundry. We provide a warm, family home environment and will introduce you to our Canadian culture and customs.
