My name is Romy and my wife Rebecca and I and our boys live in a spacious home in the Columbia area in the neighborhood/subdivision known as Coldstream. We are a young Christian family with 3 young boys ages: 5, 3 and 9 months old infant. We are hoping to rent out the best room in the house: the first floor spacious master bedroom, since we are currently upstairs using the bedrooms on the same floor of our boys for the duration of our sleeping arrangement. This private master bedroom is situated separately on the first floor and has it's own large private bathroom and walk in closet. Common areas include spacious living room, office, kitchen and dining area. Also enjoy quiet evenings in nature haven covered back patio with access to beautiful inground swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days. Close area amenities include the Lake Murray Dam or fabulous Saluda Shoals Park which is located close by with lots of nature walking and bike trails. Harbison area shopping and mall also close by if nature is not your thing :) $900 rent includes meals, all Utilities and High Speed Wi-Fi Internet; trash and laundry; and transportation.
