**FEMALEs only, please**Our home is available to you, since we now have college age kids. There is one room. This room is quaint; perhaps a 10' x 10' space, but two sisters could possibly fit comfortably. The floors are ceramic (hard) tile. The room has a closet, ceiling fan, desk, chair, twin mattress with a box spring and frame. There are electrical and cable outlets for a television if you like. The shared bathroom is next to your room. Since I travel every so often, an older independent student would be ideal for this space. Bus and train stops are nearby. Grocery stores, eateries, farmers markets, museums, and libraries are close by. We are actually within 3 miles to University of Texas at Austin and Huston Tillotson University; 7 miles to Saint Edward's University; 22 miles to Concordia University; 27 miles to Southwestern University; and 32 miles to Texas State University.
