We are offering a large private bedroom in a quiet neighbourhood, with private bathroom and double closets. Furnished with desk, large windows, high ceilings. Access to laundry facilities and unlimited high speed internet. Breakfast and lunch are self serve with hot dinner provided daily or willing to negotiate price if no meals or partial meals required. 10 minute walk to UOIT/Durham college/Culture works.
