A Very Warm Welcome To Students From All Around The World!! :) We are a very caring, experienced homestay host family. We live in a new house in a very family friendly neighborhood in the Willoughby, Langley area. We are very close to Trinity Western University, KPU Langley, KPU Cloverdale and SFU Surrey. Walnut Grove Secondary, Langley Secondary, Langley Flying School. The bus schedule is as follows: Trinity Western University 23 minutes. Kwantlen Polytechnic University Cloverdale 30 minutes. Kwanten Polytechnic University Langley 10 minutes. SFU Surrey 45 mins 1 bus. SFU Burnaby is 1 hour 10 minutes from our home. Langley is a very desirable neighborhood to students, as it's a very safe and family oriented neighborhood. We are close to all Shopping,Transit, Schools and Parks. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk from our home. The Homestay Student's room is on the upper level of our home and has a big bright window, bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet. The room is very large, clean, private and spacious. Homestay includes the following: - high speed wireless internet - cable - laundry - utilities - bedding We welcome students who are: - are studious, responsible, respectful, and honest - are clean and tidy - do not smoke - studying full-time Homestay fee is $1100/month all utilities, wifi. meals and laundry are included.
