Hello, my wife and I currently live in a four bedroom house in San Ramon, CA which is 30 minutes away from San Francisco. We have two daughters who are away in college and would love to rent out their rooms while they are away. We are both college educated and fluent in Korean and English. My wife is an excellent cook and would be able to provide breakfast and dinner. There are top ranked high schools and middle schools within 3 miles of our home, and UC Berkeley is 25 minutes away.
