Greetings! We are opening beautiful, 1-acre Arcadia home in the heart of the Foothills, the most prestigious neighborhood in the city. We are less than one mile from many Award-winning schools like Arcadia High School and even private schools such as Arroyo Pacific Academy. Our 6BR, 4 Full Bathroom home includes a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, big backyard and curbside appeal with a beautful, sprawling lawn that composes our humble home. We love to cook and our epicurean appetites are open to all types of cultural dining and we even cool foreign food, mainly authentic Chinese dishes. I am a Marketing Executvie for a large company and my sister works at Nordstroms mall. My mother is an English teacher and my father is in real estate. We love celebrating holidays festively and our passion is in movies and going to the beach! We are a loving family and we have hosted Chinese, Japanese and Mexican students in the past so we love the hosting experience! We will treat you as our own and we hope you enjoy your experience in America and your stay at our home! We hope you can come in time to celebrate Thanksgiving as we will have a presentation at the house. If not, we hope you can experience what a Christmas is like at the Duran household!:)
