I am a mother of two sons. I have lived in u.s. for 20 years. My house has two stories. The up and downstairs has a separated entrance. The room to rent out is on the bottom floor. The entire bottom floor is very spacious. Included in the rental are a kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room as well. The location is safe, beautiful and quiet. There is a golf course and a lake nearby. Many other benefits include with walking distance to Chinese supermarket and bus transit center. It is a perfecter place for a student to go to school. I am a good cook as well if you (the student) want home made Chinese dinner I can do that but with an extra service fee.
