I would like to share and welcome a student to live in my house. We are a friendly family and would love to host a student. The house and room is an ideal place to live in; it is very comfortable, friendly, quiet, cozy, clean and spacious; with shuttered windows, carpet, well lighted and well painted. It has ceiling fans and lights with remote control to turn it on/off. A/C and heater are centralized. All utilities are included (unlimited use of: cable TV, high speed internet, water, gas, electric, washer/dryer, microwave, dining room, fridge, toaster, swimming pool, etc.). Full access/usage to some parts of the house. We are easy to get along, friendly and kind.
We are located at Old Town La Verne next City to San Dimas, Glendora, Pomona, Claremont & Montclair. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, peaceful, decent and clean.
Only 3 blocks walking distance to Univ. of La Verne. Just 10 minute drive to Lutheran High School, Damien High School, Western Univ. of Health Sciences ,Cal Poly, Mt. Sac Univ., Devry Univ., Pomona Catholic High School, Montclair and Claremont Colleges, Fairflex, and Raging Waters. 2 minute drive to 10, 57 and 210 freeways and to Foothill Blvd., where you can find all you need i.e., convenient stores, groceries, commercial and shopping centers, theater, restaurants, golf course, country clubs, recreation parks, etc., country clubs.
Our house is also a block away walking distance to Bonita High School, Roynon Elementary School and University of La Verne. A minute away from Damien High School, Lutheran High School, Calvary Baptist School, Pomona High School, Oak Mesa Elementary School and Cal Poly Pomona. City Hall, Fire Station, Police Station, Post Office is few blocks away from my house.
