It is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and there is a luxury bathroom with shower over the bath. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard. Our home is available for professionls,couples and students with or without meals included,we offer personalized french lessons to our guest of any age, who would live in our home. Living with me would give you the opportunity to meet many people from all over the world, your french language skills will no doubt improve as this would be the common language that everyone has to speak. At present I have rooms available in a very beautiful house, where you could experience the french culture and way of life and most of all have the experience of living close to most of the language schools and universities in Nice. Location is perfect (city center with many restaurants and cafes as well as shopping area with well-known brands) 5 minutes walking till Promenada de Anglais and 5mins walk to beach and 5mins to shops.Our home has easy access to tourist areas -10 minutes walking to train station ,main promenade, old town & shops.
