Hello and welcome! We are a young fun and energized family of four: my husband, two kids and myself. Non-smoking, no pet. My neighborhood is very safe. We have a two-story 2400 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our home is clean, quiet; it is also elegant and stylish. You will enjoy a private bedroom, shared bathroom with another student. Wireless internet and a queen-size bed with nightstand and computer desk and chair. Also, light cooking in the kitchen and laundry can be used. We are located in the city of Riverside and walking distance to UC Riverside, short driving distance to CBU and La Sierra University. Close to all shopping malls, schools and freeway 91 and 60. We love different cultures and have been hosting students for 5 years. We enjoy cooking, camping, road trips, and family/friends gatherings. And like to include students to join us as much as possible, like a family member. We cook various homemade gourmet meals, Asian dishes, and Western dishes. The house space is sufficient to host student's parents visiting from time to time with a fair additional fee, for convenience.
