Hello! We have hosted a lot of students from Italy, China, Japan, Germany. We have 2 spare bedrooms upstairs available for University students (preferably females as I have a daughter who is still living with me). Our house is located about 25 kms away from Melbourne by car and 30 mins by train, 7 mins drive to the train stations, and a short walk to the bus stops. About 2 blocks away is Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre, and a short walk to Community centre, tennis court, basketball court and a large park and 20 mins walk is Point Cook Town Centre. My husband has his own business at home (home loan broker) and I work in the City as Reconciliations Officer at a well known bank. We have 2 teenagers but only 1 living with us. We have an adorable dog who is part of the family. Our brick-veneered house has 2 levels, 1 room downstairs which we use, and 3 rooms upstairs with 1 shared bathroom.
