Home Stay - for an International Student. My family and I would love to show our beautiful community and Province to you and experience the cultural exchange. We like to visit places within NS, hike, swim, beaches, etc. Looking for a clean, respectful, quiet individual for our family 3-bedroom house, with big back yard in the community of Herring Cove Fishing Village. Super is prepared for you and a packed lunch (if you wish to not include food we can discuss that). The room is fully furnished containing 1 double bed, dresser, closet, and desk optional. The size of the room is approximately 10x12. Laundry facilities are available. Shared kitchen, living room and bath, (power, heat, hot water, Internet/WIFI/ cable through Internet, one parking spot available). We are within walking distance to the local Convenience Store & Pizza Take Out, PAVIA Cafe, ocean and trails, swimming ponds. It’s a 30sec walk to the transit stop from my house, Route # 20 Herring Cove which goes straight downtown no transferring, but does stop at the Mumford Metro Depot to get buses anywhere in the city. It’s a 7min drive or 10min bus ride to Spryfield, Captain William Spry Rec Center swimming pool/gym and library, dollar store, drug store and medical clinic, 2 grocery stores, Canadian Tire Store and restaurants. No pets please, none smoker. Serious inquires only.
