Male preferred! - Our home is perfect for a student who is attending ELS at the University of La Verne. I have been hosting for over 5 years now, hosting 4 boys from Saudia Arabia and one from China who have loved living with us! We are walking distance (4 blocks) so there is no need for a car for those who will not have one. If you do have a vehicle you will need to purchase an annual parking pass and you will be parking on the street in front of our home. There is a full sized bed, night stand, dresser, small desk and chair and bookshelf. ceiling fan, the house has central air and heat. There is a television with Roku, and high speed wireless internet. There is one bathroom that is shared by all. If you smoke, it must be outside only!!! We are a friendly family with 2 small dogs and 1 cat, our previous students have been like family to us, and at the same time if you require privacy we will respect that as well. There is laundry and kitchen privileges.
