We have a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome in a gated community, close to Sagemont School in Weston, and driving distance from Broward College, Nova University, University of Miami, and Florida Atlantic University. Our community has a pool and we live 10 minutes from the largest mall in Florida, Sawgrass Mall. We are 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in America and a 45 min drive to Miami and Miami Beach. We love music, dancing, shopping, movies and traveling.
