Je suis Anglais mais je parle le francais courrement y poco Espanyol. I have a lovely cosy small single room with bed and wardrobe available to rent in a lovely house @£495pm. Also a large double bedroom @ £595 I live in a lovely location (Warlingham) next to Croydon and perfect for Central London (20mins by train)/Brighton (40mins). Lots of English language schools nearby. My house is a lovely 3 bedroomed house which is opposite a beautiful park with views of open parkland. My house is only "4mins" walk to Warlingham/Whyteleafe train stations (no noise at all) and perfect for Central london/Croydon/Brighton/Greater London. By train direct: 20mins to London Victoria/Bridge 10mins to East Croydon 15mins to Clapham/Balham 40mins to Brighton There is a train all through the night from Victoria and Clapham going back to Purley so never any worries about getting home. I am very easygoing and the house would be your home as well. Wifi Parking Garden There is myself and I have a 21yr old daughter. We are very relaxed/easygoing and young at heart.
